ORDUNO / PAID PILOT
Pilot terms.
These terms describe a paid B2B pilot available to suitable small suppliers by arrangement. C-Point Labs must confirm the pilot before payment or access. The current online app is an access-gated Mollie test pilot; it does not accept real customer payments.
Price and scope
The software fee is €29, excluding applicable VAT, for one agreed group-order round with up to five products and 100 customer orders. Prices are in EUR. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or percentage commission. The supplier’s payment-provider charges for product transactions are separate.
The fee covers temporary access to Orduno for that round: customer ordering, payment-status tracking, a grouped preparation CSV and individual packing lists.
Payment and access
C-Point Labs first confirms the pilot. The software fee is paid upfront, before the round opens. The ordering period is agreed before purchase. Access is activated manually within two working days after payment and confirmation that the required payment connection is operational. There is no instant self-service activation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation before activation receives a full refund of the software fee. After activation, the fee is refundable if C-Point Labs cannot deliver the agreed essential ordering and export functionality. Approved refunds are initiated within 14 calendar days. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Product sales and handover
C-Point Labs supplies software and does not sell or fulfil the supplier’s products. For an agreed live pilot, customer payments are intended to go to the supplier through its own verified Mollie connection. The supplier is responsible for product handover, cancellations and refunds under its own customer terms. Supplier-owned live payments have not yet been verified; the current protected pilot uses C-Point Labs’ test profile and moves no real money.
