ORDUNO / BY C-POINT LABS

Paid pilot by arrangement

One link for the group.
One clear production list for the print shop.

Orduno keeps a time-limited group clothing order in one place. Participants choose sizes and add print details. The print shop checks verified payment status before preparing garment totals and packing lists.

You can walk through a demo with me and arrange a pilot. A live paid round starts only after the print shop's Mollie connection has been verified.

The online preview takes no real payments.

01 / THE PROBLEM

When a group order becomes an admin job.

A club agrees on a small range of garments. Sizes, names, shirt numbers and payment updates then arrive in separate messages or spreadsheets. Before printing or packing, someone has to reconcile what belongs to whom.

The print shop needs one answer: which complete, paid orders belong in the production list?

02 / THE WORKFLOW

From one link to a batch you can use.

01

Set up the round

Choose up to five agreed garments, their sizes and a closing date.

02

Share one link

Participants enter sizes and print details through a short order form. Payment status stays with each order.

03

Prepare the batch

Review orders needing attention, then export garment totals and individual packing lists from the frozen paid batch.

03 / THE HANDOVER

What to prepare. What to pack.

After review, the same finalized batch provides:

  • Totals by garment and size for preparation
  • A packing list per participant, including print details
  • Unpaid and review-required orders kept outside the batch

04 / WHEN IT FITS

For a small, agreed assortment.

Orduno fits a print shop handling a time-limited club clothing order and needing to bring sizes, print details and paid orders together. The shop remains responsible for artwork, production and handover. The same limited order-round workflow may also suit other small suppliers.

A pilot would test the fit in your own process, including payment setup. Tell me how your orders work today, and I can discuss a useful scope with you.

05 / PAID PILOT

One agreed round. Clear terms.

€29 excluding applicable VAT

Per group-order round, for up to five products and 100 customer orders. Prices are in EUR. The fee covers temporary access to Orduno for one agreed round, including customer ordering, payment-status tracking, a grouped preparation CSV and individual packing lists.

Available to suitable print shops and other small suppliers as a paid B2B pilot by arrangement. C-Point Labs confirms the pilot first; the software fee is paid upfront before the round opens. Access is activated manually within two working days after payment and confirmation that the required payment connection is operational.
